We were hoping to go to Pisa to see the leaning tower but as the weather was rubbish we decided to have a relaxing day. It was our first real day of crap weather so we were a little disappointed and the whole atmosphere of Florence was slightly lost compared to yesterday. Our relaxing day consisted of having a long lie in the morning then a gentle stroll in the afternoon. We've done so much walking over our 1st week that we deserved a wee rest to refresh.
Although it was only light drizzle everyone had their umbrellas out with someone trying to sell you one on every corner!! Was only drizzle... We wandered around and found another amazing ice cream shop which was the highlight of the day :) Nothing much more to report from today

- I've just finished my 5 years at uni, off now to Europe for a treck to see stuff, then its into the real world in Aberdeen in September!! Sam has just finished her 3rd year and is super excited about Europe before returning for her summer internship!!
